Individual Therapy
-
I help women and genderfluid individuals work through relationship challenges, heartbreak, and the emotional aftermath of breakups. I understand how deeply relationships can impact your sense of self, and how difficult it can be to move forward when you’re feeling hurt, confused, or stuck.
-
Navigating relationships with parents in adulthood can be complex, painful, and deeply confusing. Whether you feel distant, enmeshed, conflicted, or estranged, you’re not alone. I specialize in helping adults make sense of these dynamics, untangle long-standing patterns, and move toward relationships that feel healthier, more authentic, and aligned with who they are today.
-
I specialize in helping women & genderfluid individuals navigate dating, relationships, and the patterns that shape how they connect with others. My work focuses on attachment styles and how these patterns can impact everything from communication to partner selection.
-
I support women in navigating the complexities of life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Couple Therapy
-
My couples therapy work focuses on helping partners navigate the often-unconscious relational patterns that shape their dynamic. Many couples seek therapy feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, or burdened by longstanding emotional injuries—some of which may predate the relationship itself. These patterns often reflect deeper internal structures, shaped by early attachment experiences, unspoken needs, and protective defenses developed in response to relational pain.
In our work together, I provide a reflective and emotionally attuned space where each partner can begin to explore their inner emotional worlds—both individually and within the shared relational field. Together, we examine the ways in which past wounds, family histories, and early attachment models are being reenacted in the present relationship, often outside of conscious awareness. As these patterns are brought into the open, couples can begin to develop new ways of relating—marked by greater emotional clarity, mutual recognition, and intimacy.
Couples therapy is not only about resolving conflict or improving communication, but about deepening the capacity to understand and be understood. Through this process, relational wounds can begin to heal, and a more secure and resilient bond can take form.
